I have the same problem, "The system cannot find the path specifiec", don't know how to solve this. Then dropped "Lara Nude Mod (Expedition) - Jiggly" onto "installMod.bat" and entered "y". Copied TOOLS, installMod.bat and ModInjectorReadme.txt to my game folder: M:\!GAMES\steamapps\common\Rise of the Tomb Raider as directed.
